K&L Gates Bolsters New York Office with Addition of Corporate Partner

New York - The New York office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Rajiv Khanna as a partner in its corporate practice and co-chair of its South Asia initiative. Khanna joins K&L Gates from Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he chaired the firm’s India practice group.
An internationally-recognized corporate lawyer, Khanna concentrates his practice on cross-border corporate finance, M&A transactions, and real estate, with a focus on India. He advises a range of Fortune 500, U.S., and international clients, including financial institutions, investment firms, pharmaceutical providers, and software and technology companies. Khanna is president of the India-America Chamber of Commerce, a bi-national chamber dedicated to U.S. investment into India.
