Please join K&L Gates for our third annual oil and gas seminar dedicated to the Appalachian Basin.  This program will focus on issues important to companies in the oil and gas industry, particularly those interested in the development of the Marcellus and Utica Shales.  Panels will include technical, regulatory and legal topics of interest to both business personnel and in-house counsel.  The seminar also offers the chance to hear from and talk to regulators from Pennsylvania, West Virginia and New York about permitting, enforcement and environmental issues.  We hope you are able to attend.
